I had this commercial building rented and I was looking for someone to give me some advice. Dale is a problem solver, so every five years that’s what he did. When my renter was leaving, I thought about selling and remembered at the last minute that Dale also did that. Boy, did I get lucky!

It was a commercial listing of only 1500 square feet, not very grand, but Dale was impressive. Right off the bat, there were lots of possible buyers looking at it. Nexus definitely knows commercial buyers…because they know people and are really good judges of character.

I definitely made the right move. As soon as I called Nexus Realty, Jennifer was over to have a look and Dale called me constantly with updated information.

This was big for me, and I got a really good increase over asking price. Nexus Realty knows how the commercial real estate market works for sure.

Dale’s the real deal…he’s good people. I’d say he went the extra mile. He’s the only guy I’d ever use. I give him 100 per cent. As you can tell, I’m very, very pleased.

Sadly, Peter passed away early in 2019, three weeks before his 80th birthday. He was one of the most interesting people we have ever met — a boy scout, a fly fisherman, a fly tier, a boxer, a chef, a merchant marine, a cane rod builder, a fish farmer, an inn keeper, a guitar player, a singer, an avid reader, a jag enthusiast, a food and wine connoisseur, a Freemason, a Shriner and a storyteller. He will be greatly missed.
