When my husband and I decided to sell 3445 Vale Court in North Vancouver, our home of 23 years, we knew the realtors we wanted were the team of Dale and Jennifer Clark. My brother-in-law and his wife had used them a few years earlier with great success! When we phoned Dale, he came right over to discuss what needed to be done to get our home ready. After 23 years, as you can imagine, it was a lot. But Dale had contacts to help us out with small home repairs, and he even came over one evening and used his Stihl pruner to trim trees and hedges to better show off the large yard we had!

Jennifer produced a beautiful brochure with fabulous pictures, so lovely that we began to question whether we really wanted to sell! Dale and Jennifer were so good about keeping us organized and in the loop, and gave us plenty of notification if prospective buyers wanted to view the place. Then the day of the open house, they were there all day answering questions and guiding folks around to show off all the good details. We received seven offers that day, and accepted one of them that night!

Dale and Jennifer understood we were hoping for buyers who would fall in love with the place and make it their wonderful little home, as it had been for us! We found this couple and, even though they didn’t offer us quite as much as others, we knew they were the ones. Even though they wouldn’t get as much commission, Dale and Jennifer — knowing how much it meant to us to pass on our home to a caring loving family — agreed 100% that these were the people for us! (We did get more than what we were asking for, thanks to Dale and Jennifer).

Selling a home you’ve lived in for so long can be a very emotional time, but Dale and Jennifer’s caring and professionalism made everyone involved happy!

We recommend Dale and Jennifer to anyone who asks and, even though we now live in the Okanagan, if one day we sell our current home I’m hoping we can persuade them to help us out again!
