The first thing Dale and Jennifer told us was get the house as ship-shape as possible. They were great! They went all around the outside and made suggestions, then they even had a designer come to give us some advice. Just things like putting away the personal stuff. The interesting thing was that the designer suggested we leave an arrangement of four-generation family photos on the wall. She said it was just the beautiful way it was arranged. And their photographer was fantastic…when we saw his work we said our home had never looked so good!
Dale and Jennifer showed us 24 possibilities…they accompanied us to every one! After the 24th place, I’d kind of given up. It was my birthday, Gary was in the hospital and Dale called and said I really needed to see this last one…it was different. I had no interest, but the minute I walked in I knew! That was because of Dale. Their knowledge and experience was so important. Usually one of our daughters came with me. They listened so carefully to me, and to our daughters, too. After seeing a few places, Dale made this observation: ‘You’re a kitchen person.' I didn’t even really know that about myself!
I knew them personally as respectful people, and they were just the same in business. They both listen so well. Just a little thing, but they even asked us where we wanted the ‘For Sale’ sign placed, so it was discreet. They were so respectful of our needs, and so incredibly ethical and fair. We found them so honest, and very responsible with our money. I really like the way they work together, too. It’s a great partnership.
I’ve told so many people about them. This is our 10th home, so we weren’t inexperienced. Once we’d bought, because Gary was still in the hospital they even brought the lawyer up to the hospital to do all the paperwork. The whole process was so absolutely comfortable.
