We knew Dale and were impressed with his reputation as an excellent realtor but even so, his professionalism and quick results far exceeded our expectations.

The hardest part of downsizing from the 4,000-square-foot house we had lived in for many years to a 1,300-square-foot condo was making the actual decision. After that, thanks in large part to Dale and Jennifer, everything progressed flawlessly.

We informed Dale on a Monday and by Thursday of the following week he was ready for an open house. The beautiful, full colour sales brochure he produced had several potential buyers anxious to see our home. It sold the day of the initial showing at more than the asking price.

It was then important to find a new place better suited to our seniors lifestyle as soon as possible. Just a few days later, Dale and Jennifer showed us several condos in the area of our choice and helped negotiate buying the one we wanted. Dale managed to coordinate all the closing dates, and advised and assisted us on dismantling the house and disposing of many belongings we wouldn’t have room for. The whole move went so smoothly we even managed to get away on a 10-day cruise just days after moving.

We love our new home, which is close to transportation, shopping and medical services, and can’t say enough in praise of Dale and Jennifer’s kind but always professional efforts on our behalf.
