Working with Dale and Jennifer is an absolute pleasure. They’re such wonderful people, and they had a real sense of joy during the process. We were terrifyingly nervous, but with a level of excitement that they helped us manage in a way that we had control. We were all highly engaged in everything. We’d known them before, so we had a good sense of what to expect.

Because this was something we had not done before, their integrity was hugely important.They gave us confidence, because they were so emotionally involved in everything. Their advice was brilliant. They think through things from every angle, and have a well-rounded, holistic approach to everything. They tailor their support to what clients need. So much of their wisdom and guidance gave us confidence.

Jennifer’s attention to all the ins and outs left no questions unanswered. We had many “what-ifs” and Jennifer took us through them all. She made everything make sense. Everything was very clear, straight forward, and she and Dale were definitely pro-active rather than re-active. And they always gave us the straight goods. They’re able to foresee things because of their experience. Because this is the biggest purchase of your life, their incredibly superior integrity is invaluable.

One thing that surprised us was the extent to which they went to make things go smoothly. They did things like drive to us to sign papers, and they personally handled each component of the process. Their support was amazing, and they were so easy to work with. You could joke around, and also ask the tough questions. We’ve had friends who’ve talked to them about real estate, and they were so impressed that the Clarks seemed to see the whole real estate picture.

Their personalized approach might not be right for everyone, but their ability to think outside the box was absolutely a plus for us, and we’re so grateful that they understood everything so well!
