I’ve known Dale for a very long time. He worked with my husband many, many years ago. When I returned to Vancouver in 2000, I naturally got in touch with them to help me with my first “solo” home buying experience. It was all very good, so of course when it was time to sell 20 years later, Dale and Jennifer were right there with me. My son was living with me and needed a place, so they were a big help to both of us. My daughter and son-in-law came out [from Toronto], and Dale was able to explain everything to all of us.
