I had never met Dale and Jennifer until mutual friends recommended them when I decided it was time to sell my condominium. It was my good fortune, in more ways than one.

“The condo sold quickly…in three days. There was lots of interest right from the start, which may have surprised them a little but it didn’t surprise me, because Windsong is such a nice complex and I was the only one ever to live in this unit. The interest was there and pricing it — as they did — was perfect. Part of my good fortune was that I wasn’t crazy about having a lot of people visiting all the time, and a lot didn’t.

“When the time came to counter to an offer, we discussed it thoroughly and then they let me decide what to counter at, and before long it was sold. The buyer had lived in this area and knew about the complex, so that certainly helped. Because Windsong is on First Nations land, original owners had 99-year leases, and that means transactions can be a little more complex. Dale and Jennifer found the right lawyer, and everything happened smoothly.

“On moving day, I walked out of my old condo, gave the movers the keys to my new apartment, and it was seamless. The movers had given me an estimate, and it turned out to cost less than the estimate because it didn’t take them as long as expected. Because I didn’t know what my expectations were, from start to finish, I can’t imagine how it could have been better.”
