With so much discussion about what’s going to happen in British Columbia's real estate market this year, there’s also so much out there in the way of theories. To that end, Real Estate Wire just posted a story in which “experts” were consulted and asked for opinions.
It makes for interesting reading about whether the market is going to be “bullish” or “bearish” in the weeks ahead. In the end, there is no conclusion — i.e., even the experts don’t really know — but there is factual as well as theoretical information, charts and graphs that are worth digesting.
