On this website, under “Sold Properties” you can find Nexus Realty listings that have been sold.
That’s being the “listing” realtor.
The flip side is being the “selling” realtor, when we act on behalf of the buyer.
It happens often, of course, because for every seller there is a buyer. Recently, Nexus was the “selling realtor” for a property in Horseshoe Bay, not far from the ferry terminal. It was a four-bedroom home on two levels with ocean and mountain views. It had “suite” possibilities.
It was listed for $1.675 million. One of our clients was looking for such a property and bought it just as the new decade was arriving.
The point is…if you’re looking for a property, it’s a good idea to have Nexus do the research for you and come up with some possibilities. That’s what we do.
